We get dropped off at Sunset Beach by the water taxi from our resort on Koh Adang. Then we walk up this beautiful walkway through the forest. Once we get to the road its about a 10 minute walk into Koh Lipe's walking street. Depending on the tide, and wind we also get dropped off or picked up on the other side of the island at Sunrise Beach. See pictures of Sunrise Beach below
Flowers on the trees!
The entrance to "Walking Street" on Koh Lipe when you come onto the island at Pattaya Beach. We sat on the beach and had a few beer watching the sun go down.
The view on Pattaya Beach Koh Lipe. This is where all the boats come in during the dry season when this bay is sheltered from the prevailing winds. Large ferry boats moor on a floating dock where passengers are transferred to long tail boats for the short journey to the beach. This has made jobs for many of the local boat operators and eliminated the need for an unsightly pier

This picture is taken on Sunrise Beach looking South East later in the afternoon. The tide was out a long way!
Gary's finger showing how find the sand is on Koh Lipe beaches. The grains are so small they lodge in the fingerprint grooves.
Sunrise Beach Koh Lipe Thailand.
Same, same. The Thai saying that's meaning is the same thing. Like this picture is the same as the previous few pictures or we are ordering the same meal at the restaurant.
One of our favourite places on Walking Street. There is a big hill, a curve in the road and the area is completely shaded be huge trees.
